Shonen Jump’s Acclaimed Sci-Fi Series Goes on Surprise Hiatus Ahead of Anime Reboot

Courtesy of Toei Animation Written and illustrated by Daisuke Ashihara, the beloved sci-fi manga World Trigger began serialization in 2013. The manga was initially published in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine but transitioned to Jump SQ on a monthly schedule following its return from a two-year-long hiatus in 2018.
