MPA Hires Kelsey Moore As VP Of State Goverment Affairs In Southeast Region

Kelsey Moore has joined the Motion Picture Association as vice president, state government affairs for the southeast region. Moore will represent the MPA before state legislatures, regulatory agencies and executive branch figures, as the trade association advocates on such issues as production incentives.
