Russia launches deadly hourslong attack on Kyiv

Russia launched an hourslong missile and drone attack on Kyiv that killed more than a dozen people across the Ukrainian capital. Military officials said damage was reported in 30 locations across the city, adding that mainly residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were struck.
